Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Make Moves Babi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Make Moves Babi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Makemovesbabi@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
